Job Description
An established restaurant group is looking for AGM's to manage high volume operations with a focus on Food Quality, and fast paced service. The qualified Candidate will possess the ability to be a leader through hands on operating and attention to detail. Management experience is a plus but a track record of success is the most important quality you can bring you to the interview. We are a growing company with many years of success behind us as well. Responsibilities of the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
- A Restaurant Assistant General Manager proactively manage operations including inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
- A Restaurant Assistant General Manager deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Restaurant Assistant General Manager prepares reports for staff, food control, and sales
- Restaurant Assistant General Managers create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development Requirements of the Restaurant Assistant General Manager
- 2 years or more Restaurant Assistant General Management Experience
- Our Restaurant Assistant General Managers have basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
- A restaurant assistant general manager must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
- Our Restaurant Managers have a hands-on management style
- Restaurant Manager's need to be passionate about the hospitality industry
- Restaurant Managers should have a great Customer Focus
- Restaurant Manager have good Food Production Skills
- Our Restaurant Managers have a Current driver's license
