Front of House Managers Syberg's Family of Restaurants is looking for a FOH Manager as we grow our company. We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and dependable individual who wants to work as part of a management team with like-minded people.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 year Front of House Supervisory experience in a service oriented restaurant. Maximize front of house performance while maintaining quality service in a fun and casual environment Strong service mindset and ablility to multitask. Trustworthiness to execute opening & closing procedures, including cash handling & drops Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house items and those used within the Syberg's Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area Assist with catering function management Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines Work closely with the Back of House Manager to provide a seamless experience Responsible for quality assurance of product Follow the procedures for HR and Accounting, and doing so in a timely manner. We need someone who will enjoy working in a fun environment while managing our team, interacting with customers and maintaining a clean environment. Mobility required during the entire shift.

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
