What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations and front-of-house teams with energy and attention to detail Hire, train, and develop an upbeat, hardworking hospitality staff Build a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for both guests and team members Execute local marketing promotions and initiatives to grow sales Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Collaborate with regional and upper management on business goals and performance metrics

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of management experience in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry A proven leader with a guest-first mindset and strong communication skills Hands-on operator who leads by example and stays cool under pressure Ability to manage high-volume service and maintain top-tier standards Must be available to work 40-50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends Passion for hospitality and team-building Why Work at
