Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in driving profitability, fostering team development, and upholding the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Duties Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and kitchen management to ensure smooth daily functioning. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team capable of providing outstanding customer service. Oversee inventory control and food safety management to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Monitor restaurant performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. Ensure adherence to food handling standards, sanitation protocols, and safety procedures across all departments. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to select qualified team members aligned with the restaurant's standards. Coordinate shift management activities to optimize service flow during busy hours while maintaining quality standards. Support catering, banquet events, or special functions as needed to diversify revenue streams. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety management, and managing hospitality teams effectively. Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of team training & development, supervising staff, and managing hospitality teams. Knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices. Ability to analyze profit & loss statements and develop strategies for operational improvement. Strong communication skills with experience in interviewing candidates and managing diverse teams.
