Qualifications:

3-5 years of management experience in an upscale casual or polished casual restaurant Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Solid tenure

Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations Lead front-of-house service while maintaining exceptional hospitality and execution standards Hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members
