Restaurant opens in Orland Park this November. We're hiring three Shift Managers to lead the floor day to day. What you'll do: lead your shift from open or close, assign sections and breaks, keep service moving when it gets busy, handle guest questions and complaints, manage the host stand and seating flow, support the kitchen pass, and leave the building set up for the next shift. What we're looking for: a year or more leading shifts in a restaurant, retail or food service — or a strong server, bartender or line cook ready for the next step. Reliability matters more than a résumé here. Evening and weekend availability required. Bilingual Arabic or Spanish is a plus.
