Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment. Manage and train team members, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee inventory control processes to maintain stock levels and minimize waste. Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in food production Plan and execute banquet services, ensuring customer satisfaction at all events. Provide support to staff during peak hours, helping with tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Strong skills in team management, with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively. Experience with inventory control systems and best practices. Knowledge of cash handling procedures is essential. Familiarity with Customer Experience Dedication is a huge Plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
