Job Description

Firehouse Pub is looking for an experienced, hands on Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day to day operation of our restaurant & bar. This is not an office only management position. We are looking for someone who is highly visible during service, leads by example and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. The manager should be on the floor during lunch and dinner rushes directing operations, helping behind the bar when necessary, assisting with food expediting, interacting with guests and making sure the entire restaurant is running smoothly. The Restaurant & Bar Manager will oversee the overall operation of Firehouse Pub and work closely with our Kitchen Manager, who is responsible for the day to day operation of the kitchen.
  • Oversee daily restaurant & bar operations
  • Be present and actively manage the floor during peak lunch & dinner periods
  • Lead, supervise, coach and hold employees accountable
  • Assist behind the bar, on the floor or with food when business demands
  • Maintain strong standards for customer service, food quality, cleanliness and overall guest experience
  • Manage employee scheduling and staffing levels based on business volume
  • Train & develop employees
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve problems quickly
  • Help control labor, inventory, waste and other operating costs
  • Help create a positive, professional and team oriented workplace

Pay:
$52,000.00
  • $60,000.
