As a part of the Management team (Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or General Manager) you will help manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurant's financial health, probability, and success. Through overall leadership, development, and engagement of all restaurant team members, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests. YOU GOT THIS

You have one to four years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience, or previous restaurant management or General Manager experience. You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team. You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
