93 Octane Brewery (formerly Urban Counter)-St. Charles is looking for a Manager for their Fast Casual/Quick-Service Restaurant!! Serving Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner | Catering Mon 6am-7pm // Tue-Fri 6am-9pm // Sat 11am-9pm // Sun 11am-7pm The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant in the daily operations. If you looking to "fuel your career," have previous experience leading a team, promoting a safe working environment all while providing exceptional customer service, plus take "PRIDE" in what you do, then we want to speak with you!

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line Food preparation and portioning prior to service Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment Deliver exceptional customer service Must have good upselling and sales building skills Maintain a safe work atmosphere Prefer a hands-on and fast-paced work environment Understand the importance of excellent customer service Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Salary:
