Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development

Qualifications:

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus Food handling license Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations About Company Marriott Schaumburg is located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and boasts easy access to the highway for quick drives to downtown Chicago or O'Hare International Airport.
