Responsibilities:

• Assist the general manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Manage and coordinate catering services, including food production and delivery
• Supervise hotel banquet events, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee bartending operations, including inventory management and staff training
• Ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination

Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role as an assistant manager or shift manager
• Strong knowledge of catering, food production, hotel operations, banquet services, bartending, and coffee preparation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
