$55,000-$65,000 per year + Profit Sharing We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager / General Manager to lead daily operations at our breakfast café in Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, customer service, and building a successful team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily café operations and ensure excellent customer service. Hire, train, schedule, and manage employees. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Manage inventory, food costs, labor expenses, and budgets. Monitor sales and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive guest experience. Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams. Requirements Previous restaurant or café management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing staff, inventory, and operating costs. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
