Responsibilities :

Lead the team through busy meal periods while maintaining Culver's standards for quality, speed, and hospitality Train and support team members during each shift, recognize great work, and and help others grow and succeed Set the tone with a positive attitude and lead by example Help manage food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Qualifications :
