Operate POS systems such as Toast for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff on food service procedures, customer service excellence, and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food safety management and sanitation practices. Assist with catering orders and deliveries Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the hospitality or food industry. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast for efficient transaction handling. Hands-on experience with inventory control, food safety management, and team training initiatives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Prior experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable.
