  • Manage, schedule, and hold accountable cafe staff in a culture of gratitude, accountability, and reliance on the Lord
  • Create measurable and clear processes for restaurant tasks: food preparation, table service, opening, closing, etc.
  • Maintain facilities, tableware, equipment, etc. for smooth day-to-day operations, a welcoming atmosphere, and a high standard of cleanliness
  • Coordinate and negotiate with vendors to maintain appropriate inventory and pricing
  • Analize Point of Sale data and oversee cascading strategic adjustments to all areas of business to meet profitability goals
  • Report weekly numbers, success, and failures to Executive Director to improve resources and processes
  • Report outcomes of quarterly and annual goals to Executive Director and other key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
  • Continue to grow and develop one's skills through personal development, research, and training so to advance the beverage experience for the customers and staff
  • Represent The Tilma Cafe with dignity, respect, and joy

  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director Qualifications Candidates have a passion for hospitality, quality, and respect - ultimately creating an exceptional encounter for each person he or she welcomes to The Tilma Cafe.
We are seeking a servant-leader, galvanizer, and team-builder with the tenacity to see projects through to completion and the organizational and interpersonal skills to keep the cafe a well-oiled and joyful place!
Necessary skills and abilities include:
excellent oral communication skills, computer and technology proficiency, organizational abilities, and management and customer service experience. Management experience in the restaurant industry and/or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, etc. is ideal.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
