The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shift, and creating a positive experience for both our staff and customers. This role is perfect for someone with leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Responsibilities Opening and Closing the
Building:
Ensure that the restaurant is properly opened and closed according to company procedures, including securing the building and handling any cash or financial duties.
Staff Supervision:
Manage and lead the team during the shift, ensuring that each staff member is performing their duties to standard, providing training and support as needed.
Kitchen Operations:
Ensure the kitchen is running efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and overseeing food preparation during your shift.
Customer Service:
Ensure all customers receive excellent service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
Inventory Management:
Keep track of stock levels, and ensure that food items are prepared and served according to company standards.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Required Hours:
Saturdays:
10:30 AM - 8:30 PM (Required)
Fridays:
3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Required) Other Hours Available (Additional shifts may be required based on the needs of the business.) Qualifications Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a food service environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and make decisions quickly. Must be able to work flexible hours, Saturdays required. Ability to stand for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

From $16.00 per hour
