We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and experienced Line Cook/Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operations at Sunrise Breakfast & Lunch in Chesterton, Indiana. This is a full-time salaried position requiring 6 days per week . We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to consistency, quality, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to Sunrise standards Lead daily kitchen operations and maintain food quality Manage prep production and inventory levels Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance Train and support kitchen staff Assist with ordering and receiving products Help create a positive and professional kitchen culture

Requirements:
