Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Manager to oversee the operations of our franchise location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, shift management, and possess excellent leadership skills.Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the franchise location
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide feedback
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet, cash handling, bartending, kitchen management, POS systems, interviewing, assistant manager roles, shift management, catering, or related fields
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
