Chef/Kitchen Manager

Fine dining management experience is preferred with attention to detail a requirement. Must be able to operate in the kitchen and run any station. We are not looking for a paper pusher. Supervise all kitchen activities while upholding our high standard. Control all costs while providing a world class experience for our guests. Order food and beverage as necessary and provide menu updates. Review inventory pars and update for optimal levels. Develop creative features that will wow our guests.
