The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a keen understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for fine dining, and the ability to create an outstanding guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant or bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, culinary execution, and food handling practices. Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and tracking expenses to ensure profitability. Implement effective inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the restaurant or bar industry. Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures. Demonstrated ability in budgeting, inventory control, and financial management. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes. Previous experience in fine dining establishments is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and engage with guests.
