Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quality standards are met. Support staff training and development to promote excellent customer service and efficient food handling practices. Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maintain cost-effective operations. Manage cash handling procedures accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure financial integrity. Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and resolving operational issues promptly. Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards to provide a safe dining environment for guests and staff. Participate in interviewing potential team members and assist in onboarding new employees to build a strong team foundation. Experience Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant management experience in the food industry or hospitality sector. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong background in inventory control, cash handling, and food safety practices. Experience with staff training, team management, and shift supervision in casual dining or restaurant settings. Knowledge of food production processes, catering, or banquet service is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining high standards of customer service.
