• Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures
• Utilize Infor Pos system to process transactions and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with culinary team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with assistant managers to achieve business goals and objectives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment to create a welcoming environment for customers ```Skills```
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, specifically Micros POS
• Experience in shift management, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours
• Proficient in inventory control techniques to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
• Culinary background or understanding of food service industry preferred
• Excellent team management skills, able to motivate and guide staff members effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus
• Passion for coffee and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
