Job Description
```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures
- Utilize Micros POS system to process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with culinary team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with assistant managers to achieve business goals and objectives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment to create a welcoming environment for customers ```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, specifically Micros POS
- Experience in shift management, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours
- Proficient in inventory control techniques to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Culinary background or understanding of food service industry preferred
- Excellent team management skills, able to motivate and guide staff members effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus
- Passion for coffee and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
