Job Description

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees. The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act like an owner Ensure Team Members and Shift Leaders complete assigned tasks Assist in Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures Maintain inventory and manage labor Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times

JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment Must be at least 18 years of age Must have reliable transportation Basic personal computer literacy Basic business math and accounting skills Strong analytical/decision-making skills Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift
