Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hardee's Shift Manager. The Shift Manager is an important entry level Management position at Hardee's. As a Shift Manager you will support the General Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant, providing Quality Food, Exceptional Service and Restaurant Cleanliness to every Hardee's Customer. This position starts out with a comprehensive training program that will prepare you for success in restaurant management. The work atmosphere is fast paced and requires the person to be organized, and have the ability to multi-task with their work responsibilities.
