On site in Indianapolis, IN A growing residential interiors organization is expanding its leadership presence and seeking a Kitchen and Bath Development Manager to help drive exceptional project execution and customer outcomes. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you will influence the full customer journey, strengthen coordination across teams, and help deliver beautiful, functional spaces that stand out in the market. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of project ownership, client communication, and operational follow through. The chance to work across multiple phases of kitchen and bath projects, from early planning through final completion. Focus Lead residential kitchen and bath projects through planning, coordination, execution, and closeout. Partner with clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep project activity organized and moving forward. Review job scope, measurements, materials, schedules, and site readiness to support smooth execution. Maintain clear communication with customers and partners regarding timelines, updates, adjustments, and next steps. Support ordering accuracy, documentation flow, and change coordination across active projects. Identify project risks early, resolve issues quickly, and help maintain a strong customer experience throughout delivery. Promote alignment between sales, design, scheduling, and installation functions to keep projects on track. Skill Set Experience in kitchen and bath, remodeling, interiors, renovation, or a related project driven environment. Strong communication and relationship management skills with a customer focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining detail, urgency, and follow through. Working knowledge of scheduling, measurements, material coordination, and installation workflows. Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast paced on site setting.
