  • 82,619 per year + up to 26% annual bonus HMSHost is seeking a dynamic Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of concepts at Indianapolis International Airport (IND), including a full-service restaurant, bar, quick-service locations, and three high-volume Starbucks cafés
  • representing approximately 65% of total sales.
This role is ideal for a leader with strong multi-unit experience and a passion for high-volume coffee operations, who can drive performance, develop teams, and deliver standout guest experiences across all concepts. This is a great opportunity for a district manager, area manager, or multi-unit restaurant leader who thrives in high-volume operations and enjoys developing strong teams. What You'll Do Lead Multi-Unit Operations Oversee daily operations for multiple restaurant locations within the airport Ensure each restaurant is staffed, open, and operating to brand and company standards Support and coach General Managers to achieve operational and financial goals Develop High-Performing Teams Hire, coach, and develop restaurant leadership teams Support onboarding, training, and ongoing leadership development Foster a positive, engaged workplace culture Drive Business Performance Monitor sales, labor, and operational performance across locations Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase revenue Partner with senior operations leadership on strategy and performance goals Maintain Operational Excellence Ensure restaurants maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations Additional Responsibilities Review and analyze financial and operational reports to drive profitability and achieve performance targets Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls across multiple restaurant locations Oversee vendor relationships, ordering, and product availability to ensure restaurants are properly stocked Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations in a highly regulated airport environment Utilize restaurant management systems for scheduling, reporting, and operational oversight Support restaurant leaders in maintaining brand standards, equipment maintenance, and overall operational readiness What We're Looking For  3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience; preferably in high-volume coffee or café concepts  5+ years as a restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role  Experience managing high-volume restaurants (QSR, casual dining, or full service)  Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Experience reviewing financial and operational performance metrics Why Join Our Team We offer a competitive compensation package and strong benefits, including:  Health, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off and holiday pay  401(k) with company match  Company-paid life insurance  Tuition reimbursement  Employee meal and transportation benefits  Career growth opportunities within a global hospitality organization  Referral bonus program Work Environment This position is based on site at Indianapolis IN, International Airport and requires a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support airport operations.
