Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Day to Day operations of a Restaurant, ensuring profitability and meeting financial targets
  • (sales, Food cost, Labor, SOS)
  • Supervise and provide guidance to store managers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Manage projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Proven track record in profit loss management and achieving financial targets
  • Excellent sales and business development skills
  • Project management experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
