• A Restaurant General Manager proactively manage operations including inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
• A Restaurant General Manager deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Restaurant General Manager prepares reports for staff, food control, and sales
• Restaurant General Managers create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager
• 3 years or more Restaurant General Management Experience
