Restaurant General Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role requires proficiency in managing staff, inventory control, and ensuring a high standard of food handling practices. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while driving operational excellence. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food handling. Oversee inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Develop and implement catering services to enhance revenue streams. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and consistency. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of quick service fast food operations as well as fine dining standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests alike.
