Key Responsibilities Multi-Unit Oversight:

Manage day-to-day operations for three restaurant locations, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence at each site.

Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and mentor management teams and staff; foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and high morale.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation (Health Dept. compliance).

Financial Stewardship:

Monitor labor costs, inventory, and ordering; implement cost-control measures to meet profitability goals.

Guest Relations:

Ensure a premier guest experience by resolving concerns promptly and implementing service improvements based on feedback.

Strategic Planning:

Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for sales growth and increased efficiency.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience (Multi-unit or high-volume experience strongly preferred).

Leadership:

Proven ability to manage diverse teams and develop future leaders.

Business Acumen:

Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and inventory systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software.

Flexibility:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Education:

High School Diploma required.

License:
