In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness to ensure a seamless guest experience Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and team management strategies Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and proper food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales reporting Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours Monitor food production and kitchen workflows to uphold quality standards in both casual dining and fine dining environments Support management in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and implementing cost-control measures to maximize restaurant profitability Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or similar food industry roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Prior experience with inventory control, food management, catering or banquet operations is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop hospitality teams effectively Exceptional customer service skills coupled with managerial communication abilities Basic math skills for managing budgets, P&L statements, and operational reports Demonstrated ability to handle shift management efficiently in a high-volume restaurant setting Previous assistant manager or managerial experience within casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred Join us as an Assistant Manager and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences!
