equivalent) We are looking for a dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our waitstaff and oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, energetic environment. In this role, you will ensure high-quality food service, maintain efficient workflows, and support staff development. The ideal candidate is organized, experienced, and passionate about creating a smooth, professional hospitality operation. This position offers a key role in shaping the culinary experience at The Frog. (Pay range: negotiable based on prior experience and responsibilities) Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate waitstaff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Oversee daily operation procedures, guest experience, and consistency with established SOPs. Manage front of house inventory, and needs. Ensure all health, safety, and food handling protocols are strictly followed. Collaborate with the back-of-house team to maintain smooth service during peak hours. Support catering events and special functions for the S.S. Lillypad. Handle problem-solving and operational challenges in a proactive and professional manner. Assist with menu planning, and workflow optimization. Skills Extensive experience in restaurants, including supervisory or managerial roles Strong leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and inventory management Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to mentor and develop staff, fostering a collaborative work culture Familiarity with catering procedures and large-event operations Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented Application Question(s): Do you currently have a ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification?
