Nothing Bundt Cakes -Let Us Bake III is a bakery and catering company that offers a variety of flavors. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about cakes and hospitality to join our team. The Shift Leader is responsible for managing the staff, including training, helping guests, and leading by example. Responsibilities Manage the front and back of house staff. Train new and current employees on food service techniques, safety, and proper technique for baking, frosting, and serving guests. Order supplies needed for daily operations. Maintain a clean and orderly bakery by ensuring tasks are done efficently. Ensure all cake, frosted and not, comes out in time and in proper condition. Lead by example by ensuring all staff follows the same safety and quality standards as we do. Maintain a positive attitude towards coworkers and customers (you will be representing our company). Be a team player with a positive attitude to help reach other teams with questions or requests.

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, including experience in the restaurant industry or similar field.
