Responsibilities:

Lead, train and motivate a highly skilled team to deliver delicious dining experiences Ensure operational excellence and uphold IHOP's high standards Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with enthusiasm and efficiency Grow profitable sales

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role within the food & beverage industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work weekends, holidays, and 10-hour shifts
