WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and support TWO Wingstop restaurant teams Drive operational excellence, food quality, and guest experience Coach and develop General Managers and future leaders Build strong cultures focused on accountability, teamwork, and growth Analyze performance metrics and drive sales and profitability Partner with leadership on staffing, training, and business initiatives Be a champion of Wingstop standards, culture, and energy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven restaurant leadership experience Strong multi-tasking and decision-making skills Passion for coaching and developing people High accountability and ownership mindset Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Results-driven leader with strong communication skills Multi-unit experience preferred, but strong high-volume GMs ready to grow are encouraged to apply
