About Us Sharks Restaurant & Billiards isn't your average bar and grill—we're a 14,000 sq. ft. locally owned hotspot that blends great food, nightlife, and entertainment under one roof. With billiards, darts, golf simulators, arcade games, projection screens, and a full-service restaurant , Sharks has been Shawnee's go-to place for good times since 2006. We're now looking for a skilled, hands-on Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, elevate guest experiences, and drive sales in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day bar operations , including staff management, scheduling, and training. Lead and inspire a team of bartenders to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service . Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize bar profitability. Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws, health, and safety regulations . Collaborate with the GM and FOH leadership team to support events, promotions, and late-night operations . Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, keeping the Sharks brand experience fun and memorable. What We're Looking For 2+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience in a busy, high-volume setting . Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff . Solid knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and industry trends. Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling, and bar inventory software . Must be 21+ with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
