Job Overview We are seeking someone that is looking to take their passion to the next level. We have multiple F&B outlets and an increasing demand for events and opportunity to learn different hospitality dynamics. Seeking passionate and enthusiastic candidates. We can help guide and train you, but we cant train passion or drive. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and help ensure a wonderful guest experience. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver outstanding service. As well, this position offers an exciting opportunity to shape a vibrant dining environment and a multiple venue concept where we have a guest facing restaurant as well as a members-only private club. Duties Supervise daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high standards of customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency Lead by example, present on the floor during service periods. TOAST POS
Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and resolving guest or staff issues promptly Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies Skills experience in food full-service management Proficiency with TOAST preferred but can train, solid cash handling skills Proven ability to supervise FOH staff Excellent team leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and performance management Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Effective managerial communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and senior management Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Food and Beverage Manager where your leadership will inspire others.
