If you've got the drive to lead but want hands-on training before taking the helm, we've got a spot on our crew for you. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you'll learn every aspect of running a Firehouse Subs — from mastering our steam-powered sandwiches to inspiring your team and growing your own store.
What You'll Do:
Train side-by-side with experienced leaders to learn operations, management, and guest service. Support daily restaurant operations and step into leadership responsibilities. Master the business — scheduling, inventory, P&L, and local marketing. Develop the leadership skills needed to earn your own store within 6-12 months.
What You Bring:
Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred A passion for great food and teamwork Willingness to learn, grow, and hustle Strong communication skills and a "lead by example" attitude
