Job Description

Zaxby's Assistant Manager Leader First. People-Focused. Hands-On.
Pay:
$15-$17 (hourly + overtime)
Bonus:
Quarterly performance bonus
Schedule Required:
Days, weekdays,nights, weekends, holidays The Role This is not a desk job and not a "boss" role. We're looking for an Assistant Manager who leads through service , works shoulder-to-shoulder with the team, and sets the tone every shift. You'll coach, support, and develop people while delivering great food and guest experiences. What You'll Be Responsible For Leading shifts with a servant leadership mindset Coaching team members in real time Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and speed standards Supporting labor control and shift execution Opening and closing the restaurant Being a calm, confident leader during busy periods What We Expect Previous leadership experience (restaurant preferred) Willingness to work 40-45 hours/week Availability for nights and weekends Strong communication and accountability A hands-on leader who leads by example What We Offer $35k-$43k annually , based on experience Quarterly performance bonus Paid overtime Clear growth path and leadership development A team-focused, respectful work environment If you believe leadership means serving your team and setting the standard, we want to meet you.
