  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders-Work closely with the service staff to ensure guest satisfaction. ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience in the food industry as assistant manager
  • Strong knowledge of inventory and labor control, food service management, and cash handling procedures
  • Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
