Your mission:
deliver best-in-class customer service , oversee food safety compliance , and drive profitability through strategic leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house execution Lead staff scheduling , recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training programs to develop high-performing teams Supervise inventory control and budgeting , managing profit & loss (P&L) and cost controls to drive bottom-line performance Enforce food safety experience and sanitation standards in line with health department regulations Use the RTI for order tracking, reporting, and performance analytics Monitor essential performance metrics and KPIs, such as labor costs, sales, waste, and quality scores Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction Collaborate with marketing for local promotions to increase traffic and sales What We're Looking For Proven background as a General Manager Hands-on experience with POS systems—especially RTI —inventory control systems, and performance analytics Strong communication skills , leadership, coaching and developing staff, and ability to work in high-volume settings Deep knowledge of hospitality , customer service , food safety , and compliance standards Excellent budget management , scheduling, forecasting, and financial analysis abilities Prior experience within fast food , quick service restaurants (QSR) preferred Entrepreneurial, proactive style with high standards for operational excellence and team culture
