Responsibilities Lead and manage team members to ensure peak productivity and high-quality service. Oversee product quality and ensure all pizzas meet brand standards. Perform daily inventory counts and accurate cash counting procedures. Make quick, effective decisions during busy shifts to maintain operational flow. Implement instructions from the GM and DO promptly and accurately. Requirements Previous pizza industry experience is strongly preferred. Ability to work at multiple speeds, maintaining urgency during high-volume periods. Proven ability to grow and develop people within a team. Excellent listening skills and the ability to take direction well. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a desire to move up in the organization.
