Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead operations at our Louisville, United States location (3951 Taylorsville Rd). In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee daily operations, and lead a high-performing team to achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate decisive leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to motivate teams toward excellence while maintaining a professional and results-oriented approach.Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market competitivenessLead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and continuous improvementOversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiencyMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze business metrics to inform data-driven decision-makingEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to support business objectivesImplement and enforce organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all operationsIdentify process improvement opportunities and drive organizational change initiativesConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersPrepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership on operational performance and strategic progressEnsure a safe, productive work environment that aligns with company values and industry standardsQualifications
