Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Support shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours and resolving any operational issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast or Otter for order processing and sales tracking. Excellent team management skills with experience in supervising staff, conducting interviews, and providing training & development opportunities. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control, and food production processes. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and financial reporting. Effective communication skills for managerial tasks such as staff training, customer service interactions, and team leadership. Previous experience in hospitality management roles such as assistant manager or shift supervisor is highly desirable.
