In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Your leadership will inspire staff, manage food and beverage service, and uphold the highest levels of food safety and hospitality excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated management professional with a passion for the food industry and delivering memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all banquet event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown to ensure flawless execution. Lead, train, and develop banquet staff to deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to safety standards. Manage food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet the venue's culinary standards. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all food handling areas. Collaborate with clients to customize event menus, coordinate special requests, and ensure guest satisfaction. Experience Proven management experience in a fast-paced food service environment such as a quick service or fine dining restaurant. Extensive banquet or catering experience with strong skills in event coordination and team supervision. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training, interviewing, and development. Knowledge of food safety standards, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Previous hospitality management experience within hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
