We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a successful upscale casual restaurant in Braintree, MA . What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a hands-on management style. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team. Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining outstanding service standards. Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance through effective leadership. Manage labor, food, beverage, and controllable costs while maximizing profitability. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top hospitality talent. Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and company operating standards. Analyze financial reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, recognition, and development. Ensure the restaurant is consistently guest-ready and operating at the highest level. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a full-service, upscale casual, or polished casual concept. Proven history of driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Experience managing P&Ls, labor budgets, food costs, and inventory. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Stable employment history with progressive leadership experience. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
