This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations. Lead, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest service. Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop restaurant staff. Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and payroll-related tasks. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food, beverages, and supplies. Conduct opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
