Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Floating General Manager to lead and oversee hospitality operations across multiple properties or locations. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can seamlessly adapt to different environments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient team management, and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong multilingual and bilingual skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a key driver of operational excellence, you will motivate teams, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest relations. Duties Supervise hospitality teams, including front desk staff, food & beverage personnel, and other departments Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting Utilize hospitality reservation systems to optimize bookings and guest data management Lead managerial functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution Coordinate with night audit teams to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each day Foster a positive team environment through effective managerial communication and leadership Oversee guest visits to resolve issues promptly and enhance overall satisfaction Maintain compliance with safety regulations, and property management system protocols Skills Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously Expertise in overseeing daily operations including front desk, night audit, and food & beverage services Experience managing hospitality operations budgets with a focus on revenue management and financial operations Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette in handling guest inquiries and complaints Ability to adapt quickly across different properties while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence Join us as a Floating General Manager to inspire teams, elevate guest experiences, and drive operational success across diverse hospitality settings.
